Full Job Description
The role of the Project Coordinator is to provide coordination and administrative support to the Special Projects team. This position is fast-paced and small project oriented, providing service-style representation for choice Clients. We offer resolution for their emergency construction needs with fully operational service vans prepared to complete repairs or to coordinate with Subcontractors to complete the necessary work. Under direction of Management, this position assists operational logistics and dispatch coordination, and offers project support for small projects from inception to closeout. An emphasis in customer satisfaction, attention to detail, organizational planning and scheduling, and being adept to working in a faced paced environment are vital to be a successful administrator. Experience with small scale estimating, third party dispatch queues and comprehensive of fully cycle accounting are desirable.
Our service team thrives on working together to ensure these smaller projects are completed promptly, effectively, and without sacrificing quality, even after-hours. This position requires a rotation of on-call availability for after-hours emergencies. On-call is defined by being reachable by cell or email, to respond and support coordination on the company’s behalf within a given time frame on evenings and weekends. Pay is an hourly rate, not exempt from overtime, and based on performance and experience.
