Our collaborative design-build process guides our clients from concept inception to building occupancy. This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We work with the site conditions, local municipalities, trade experts and the client to develop a project plan that works. Emphasis is placed on logistics, value engineering, procurement of submittals, and coordination of quality tradesman to achieve the most efficient project plan.

From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal- your vision.  Safety, occupancy, phasing, budgets, and critical dates are under constant review. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections, move-in coordination, and any final adjustments needed to leave your space fully functional Our company believes that project turnover happens at occupancy, and that the last ten percent of the job is what matters most. Our work is guaranteed post-construction, and our objective is a fully functional facility that meets your all of your operational needs.

  We work to ensure operational excellence of your site, Offering support to facilities personnel, engineers, landlords, and property managers for their maintenance or emergent construction needs. Our Service Division is equipped with stocked vans, ready to respond to any repair, maintenance issue, or emergency. Our Service Superintendents work with a team of specialty and service-minded subcontractors that take pride in assuring timely repairs are completed and site functionality is maintained or restored.
